Early-access manual fit check requests

During early validation, you may optionally leave an email address to request a free manual fit check. We also save limited context about the point in the fit guide where you requested a check so we can understand which paths need more help and contact you for the filter details needed to perform the review. This information is sent through our server and stored in a private Google Sheet; your email is not sent to site analytics or affiliate networks.

Early-access request data is used only to contact you about the fit check and to validate the service. You can ask us to remove it by contacting the address below.

Manual fit check

If the paid manual service is enabled, we collect the email address you submit and any optional label text, model numbers, dimensions, notes, or images you choose to provide. We use that data to deliver the requested review, ask for missing information, prevent abuse, process payment, handle refunds, and meet accounting obligations.

Payment details are entered on Stripe-hosted Checkout and are not entered into FiltersFit.com's form. Service providers may include hosting, private storage, transactional email, database, and payment vendors. Access is limited to what each provider needs for the service.

Retention

Unpaid drafts are scheduled for deletion after 72 hours. Orphaned uploads are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours. Optional photos and free-text intake are scheduled for deletion 90 days after completion or refund, unless a dispute or legal requirement temporarily requires longer retention. Financial records are kept separately without photos or intake text.
